Data Tracking Software Systems:
Acro offers its industry-leading Vendor Management System (VMS) for all OMNIA Partners participants. Yes. We aim to make transitioning to our services as seamless as possible, and we want to leverage the existing resources you have. Your suppliers must agree to the terms of the OMNIA Partners contract, and they will be evaluated for compliance with performance metrics the same way all suppliers are evaluated. Becoming a part of this program can be win-win for your existing suppliers, as they also benefit from streamlined processes and pricing.

Any qualifying organization, including state and local government entities, public agencies, school districts (K-12), higher education institutions, and nonprofits, can work with Acro through the OMNIA Partners contract.
Yes. This contract has been competitively bid by a government agency, Maricopa County in Arizona. Through the Joint Powers Authority or an inter-local agreement, local governments can "piggy-back" on this competitively bid contract through OMNIA Partners. This satisfies the competitive bid requirements in most states. Check your own state’s laws on intergovernmental purchasing to be sure.
